I am a professional educator with 15 years in the communications industry. My goal is to foster understanding and create clarity around complex issues, whether those issues deal with training, education, corporate messaging, or a variety of subject matter. My strength is the ability to assess both needs and wants of clients. I enable clients to strip away excess information and pinpoint exactly what needs to said and the best way to deliver it. 

For more than ten years I have been writing, editing and publishing web content ranging from animated stories for literacy education to corporate intranets to online technical training. My work with websites includes usability, user access and engagement and adoption.
