I am proficient in several computer programs including: Microsoft Office Products as well as others. I'm proficient in several Windows operating systems including: 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, and Windows 7, Linux Open SUSE, Linux Ubuntu and Apple OS X. I'm also proficient on mobile operating systems like Blackberry, Windows Mobile, Android and Apple Mobile OS. I have regurarly been called upon to help co-workers with issues before using I.T. and really enjoy working in this field.

I have been asked by just about every company I've ever worked for to take on training duties in addition to my regular work.. I have trained in several fields including, Operation of a Commercial Motor Vehicle to Rookie Drivers,  Forklift Operation, Dock Operations, How to Load and Unload a Truck, Proper Care and Storage of Hazardous Materials, Safe Transportation of Hazardous Materials, Company Specific New Hire Training, as well as other areas. I have also substitute taught on an Elementary, Middle School and College level.
