Intec is one of the world’s fastest growing major Business Support Systems (BSS) vendors supplying billing and mediation solutions to over 60 of the world’s top 100 telecoms carriers. With over 1,600 employees from 31 offices in 24 countries the company generated over £80m in revenue last year.

As a Senior Technical Consultant:

  • Led the Professional Services technical team for GM OnStar project to customize and deliver Intec’s solution Singl.eView
  • Led production support to develop billing solution for Antel, the largest telecommunications company in Uruguay, supporting over a million “live” telephone subscribers
  • Mentored and supervised off-shore and partner team technical resources in North America, India and South America
  • Promoted as the Senior Technical Consultant in just 20 months, a first for any Intec North American office

  • Acted as a troubleshooter to resolve configuration and database issues for projects in jeopardy of being terminated, averted downtime loses of thousands of dollars per hour through troubleshooting skills

  • Designed cost-effective technical solutions for group benefit administrators to improve adjudicator productivity and simplifying the claims adjudication process
  • Maintained, integrated and developed database applications and reports that boosted sales by enhancing software usability
