Head Hostess Trainer
As a Front of House team member at Baton Rouge we are responsible for using the Open table system to book and seat reservations. At the front hostess stand we are the ones who answer phones, greet guests and make them feel welcome in our restaurant. We are responsible for setting up any reservation for large parties or adjusting for wheelchair accessible parties. We are also utilized to bus tables, make rollups of cutlery, and run food or drinks to seated tables. As Head Hostess Trainer I am responsible for the complete training of any hostess staff that is hired.
