  • Decorated numerous times for superior performance in roles exposed to the most ambiguous, chaotic and unpredictable climates.

  • Planned and directed multiple deployments throughout the US and abroad: All of which surpassed success metrics and were achieved under budget. Accomplished operational readiness milestones with diminishing fiscal and parts supply support.

  • Change management strategist. Led the squadron safety and standardization programs advising the commander on all aviation and personnel safety concerns throughout a minimal-notice combat deployment.

  • Routinely prepared, published, and delivered operations, safety and strategic planning reports to the highest levels of military leadership (C-level executives).

  • Forecast training requirements, constructed and delivered training plans and materials to increase combat readiness and skill proficiency in meeting fleet wide (industry) objectives. Tailored training to all levels of experience.

  • Managed and mentored teams of more than 40 Marines, across the globe, providing annual performance review and development guidance.

  • Implemented operational procedures and audits leading to a 25% increase in billable customer support activity, and recovering more than 850 man hours, directly translating to increased earnings for the program.

  • Charged with leading the first civilian aviation program of its kind, providing technical guidance to staff, and oversight during the development, installation and testing of GPS and bombing systems to support the first ever civilian bombing support contract in Europe, and the US.

  • Directly responsible for all facets of the management and operations of a multinational cross-functional team, including 6 high performance tactical aircraft and all supporting equipment.

  • Provided expertise as Program Lead, Test Engineer and Subject Matter Expert in the development, testing and sale of advanced F/A-18 simulation trainers and high tech threat replication software to US, Canadian and Swiss governments.

  • Leveraging superior communication skills and structured thought processes, interfaced with, and provided technical direction to various teams of software engineers in the development of AI threat replication software to enhance the training value of advanced military flight simulation trainers.

  • Provided end-to-end program leadership across multiple international sites, balancing company goals, customer requirements and employee needs against budgetary and team performance metrics to achieve integration, testing and acceptance of simulators and software on time and within budget.

  • Developed and enhanced customer relationships through communication and negotiation guided by a high degree of integrity, bridging end users and government entities with management, engineering and support staff, leading to successful acceptance of multiple tactical aircraft simulation systems in excess of $280 million.
