In addition to her passion for customer service, Kristine demonstrates excellent technical aptitude in understanding how our software functions and integrates with our clients various networks. She is well skilled in providing troubleshooting, ongoing system maintenance, and training for end users. One specific instance that comes to mind is the assistance she was able to provide for the Omni Dallas Hotel. In addition to going onsite to perform maintenance on the player PC hard drives, she was more than willing to provide a new Omni team member with a comprehensive training seminar when they were tasked to be the system administrator. I would attribute our strong potential to win future business with Omni Hotels and Resorts to our dedicated support team, of which Kristine is an integral part.
In closing Kristine is a pleasure to work with at the office. She is never too busy to help out in assisting a client or colleague, and she always does so with a great attitude. It is all of the reasons outlined above that make Kristine an asset to our team at Four Winds Interactive.
