User Retention Marketer
The mission of Experts Exchange is to provide cost – effective technical solutions to professionals in small to medium sized operations.
My role is divided between providing real – time account management and budgetary answers to existing clients, and; working with Marketing to evaluate more efficient product and promotional offers to meet customer retention goals.
A more detailed example of these duties are to schedule weekly meetings with project management, and operational teams to discuss metrics of existing promotions and quarterly cancellations.
Evaluate new member sign – up success and cost analysis reports from monthly promotional offerings.
Schedule release of new product promotion deliveries.
Actively work in Salesforce and Excel to extract and report budgetary data pertaining to each respective client.
