The mission of Experts Exchange is to provide cost – effective technical solutions to professionals in small to medium sized operations.

My role is divided between providing real – time account management and budgetary answers to existing clients, and; working with Marketing to evaluate more efficient product and promotional offers to meet customer retention goals.

A more detailed example of these duties are to schedule weekly meetings with project management, and operational teams to discuss metrics of existing promotions and quarterly cancellations.

Evaluate new member sign – up success and cost analysis reports from monthly promotional offerings.

Schedule release of new product promotion deliveries.

Actively work in Salesforce and Excel to extract and report budgetary data pertaining to each respective client.

The mission of SkySlope is to provide quick and easy document, and data storage to upscale real estate brokerages.

As an Account Manager, I spearheaded the implementation process of new client on-boarding after their contracts were approved.

Trained and advised new clients on proper best data practices, data entry, and agent implementation.

Helped meet brokerage launch projects on – time; either at, or under campaign budget.

Properly inputted necessary data entry for new account setup through Excel.

Maintained accurate client records on a day – to – day basis through Zendesk, Salesforce, and Excel.

Built and maintained client relationships through strong communication on a daily basis through email, phone, live chat, and quarterly visits at brokerage locations.

Trancos is an online marketing company that specializes in helping big brand advertisers acquire new customers online from display ads, newsletter sign – up campaigns, and social media awareness.

Identified new advertiser opportunities, and executed offerings of services by use of cold – calling, email, and personal introduction at industry trade shows.

Facilitated agreement of media buys and advertising campaign spends to clients interested in our services.

Once an advertising campaign began, I actively followed up and monitored clients “return on investment” goals.

Clientele included: Retailmenot.com, Sazze, Inc. Money Mailer, Offers.com, Protégé, and others.

Niche film marketer aimed toward the screening and promotion of Independent and foreign entertainment.

Part – time intern in assisting regional publicist with creating press releases geared toward local publications, writing ad - copy to advertise upcoming releases, and display marketing material sent from production companies to Landmark’s weekly newsletter.

Fulfilled administrative duties such as sending out email blasts to newsletter members, answered phones pertaining to screening dates, inputted membership data, and monitored paperwork.

Maintained schedule of 10 hours a week on top of final semester of school; and 30 hours a week at Macy's.

Educational startup in San Francisco. The philosophy of Notehall.com was to allow struggling students to attain customized class notes, and study guides online through the sharing of their cohorts.

Handled daily flow of student questions, complaints, and requests. Majority of which was about cost, location of certain notes, and payment options.

Also maintained a book of what we called “Advisers.” Advisers were students who agreed to attend classes in order to take notes on subject information; then to post to their account for online purchase.

Company has since been acquired by Chegg.com as of 2011.
