  • Responsible for resource/budget management, architecting, engineering, and steady-state operations of Wintel infrastructure technologies to support the business. 
  • Direct and provide technical expertise to team of 8 engineers within distributed systems operations and architecture.
  • Extensive collaboration with clients within various departments nationwide with commitment to service level agreements. 
  • Create and implement comprehensive needs assessment mechanism to help forecast demand for services and staffing.
  • Supervise Active Directory Migration project.  Decommission of 49 unique NT4 domains. Shut down 108 NT4 domain controllers.  Migration of 100,000+ users, security groups, and desktops, as well as 590 Windows servers into Active Directory.  One of the largest implementation of Active Directory in the Nation, which helped remediate major PCI/SOX audit compliancy issues and provided a significant cost-savings of $50 million in potential FCC fines.
  • Improve the total cost of ownership towards the business and provide significant cost savings by collapsing 200+ legacy and under-utilized hardware by means of virtualization.
  • Responsible for overseeing the Citrix Presentation Server 4.5 expansion project.  Application publishing for multiple groups including HR Peoplesoft outsourcing, Procurement, and Finance/Accounting departments.
  • Facilitate the design and implementation of RightFAX e-document delivery solution.  This automation process provided a cost-savings of $500,000 per year as well as improve productivity and workflow to multiple departments and users nation-wide.
  • Managed and directed new data center migration project consisting of 2,000+ Wintel-based platform servers, migration, and the architecture of new environment infrastructure.
