Adaptive Broadband seeking strategic alliances

New Delhi, March 24: Adaptive Broadband Corporation, a US-based data networking solutions company, is in talks for entering into strategic alliance.

Kailash Kapur, vice president global business development, who is traveling with US President Bill Clinton, told The Financial Express that his company was keen on introducing the latest broadband fixed wireless access network technology for Internet, data, video and voice applications into India. "Our idea is to have long-term relations with key strategic partners, not only in the Internet space but with other companies offering services like cellular telephony", he added, elaborating on the company's plans.

Kapur pointed out that the broadband market potential was huge and increasing day by day. According to company estimates, the fixed wireless broadband market will reach a whopping $100 billion in the future.
