Training and motivating new and old Team Members, interact with customers, and manage customer issues while maintaining the highest quality of products and services. Monitor all service equipment and supplies during their shift and make sure that everything is in working condition.
Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in the interviewing, hiring, training, and maintaining records of all new employees using approved HR guidelines. Monitoring performance/customer service of employees, managing the sales floor during peak hours of operation to ensure courteous, accurate and efficient service. Complete weekly food and paper inventory. Maintain all databases, and POS systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date. Assist in the daily cash management functions. Operate cash registers, greet customers, taking food and drink orders, and completing transactions, clean work stations, brew and grind coffee, restock cups and food items.
Skills Used Verbal communication skills and basic computer and mathematics skills, cash register operations. Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities.
