I am the type of person that needs constant mental stimulation and a true entrepreneur at heart! I get bored very easily and love keeping my mind occupied on various tasks. Therefore I have a lot of time to assist others in the Social Media & Marketing Strategies, Sales leads, Attraction Marketing & any other various tasks required.

I have a lot of experience in the Social Media Industry as I have started a Travel Business on the side to my current career. This is purely an online business marketed through Social Networking and social media accounts. I have grown the company and ROI from Facebook and other social accounts has seen amazing success. 

Summary of Freelance work : 

  • Created an affiliation network in Travel Industry booking clients travel requests/cruises etc - 6 months up and running and have booked over $60k in travel. Social Media Marketing success.

Mobility Sales Representative

With over 5 years experience in the Telco sales industry, I've learnt a lot about myself as a sales and customer service professional. I have learnt many skills and knowledge about dealing with corporate clients, key decision makers within a business, high negotiation skills and complex presentation skills.

Telstra has given me many tools to advance my career in my desired area of work. I recently took a 12-month career break to try the Real Estate Industry and spent 6 of months of solo travel overseas. I returned to my position back in Telstra from November 2013. My current role as a MSR is to provide Mobility Solutions to a managed customer portfolio.

Completing high end analysis for mobile accounts and services, my aim is to add value to the customer’s business whilst working in line with Telstra’s KPI’s and Revenue Targets. My role is to also identify challenging business processes and overcome by providing solution-selling solutions to eliminate operational costs for customers. Outside of my role, I involve myself in operational projects with Management to improve staff knowledge, customer experiences and System capabilities.



Hospitality Industry

Ios, Greece is a fast paced island buzzing with Clubs, Bars and Restaurants. Basically the biggest party Island in Greece. For a couple of months in the European Summer, I worked as a Waitress/Bartender at one of the busiest restaurants on the Island. I learnt a lot about the European culture, met interesting people and I must say dealt with some both interesting and challenging situations! All in all, one of the best experiences of my travels thus far.

  • Late – Early Morning shift work
  • Taking customer orders efficiently, providing food dockets to Chef as required
  • Communicating with customers patiently & respectfully with language barriers
  • Providing a high level of customer service and building rapport to encourage return customer visits.
  • Having an outgoing, friendly and fun personality v Working closely with the owner and managing where the owner was not present.
  • Learning the menu and making sure I was confident to answer any customer questions

  • Serving and pouring alcoholic beverages, coffee making and serving drinks on hand trays
  • Communicating with chef and fellow staff where necessary. Eg: Incorrect orders, customer complaints.
