Established a companywide ethical policy and comprehensive mission statement, which outlined corporate culture & goals. Designed protocol for sales, and future development goals. Identified, monitored and tracked global KPI's, while designing effectual operations manuals and implementing a CRM to track and measure sales and standardize account management. Led to their highest customer service scores(tracked internally) which was 4.1% out of 5.0% in 2000, and a 4.95% for 2003.
