Administrator/ Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager Duties:

Solely responsible for the company's relaunch.  Develop and implement a marketing strategy, and re-do the company's image to attract new clients.  I've created the company's new logo (using Adobe Illustrator), am responsible for finding a website development firm to re-design our website and act as the main person of contact with the firm.  Create and monitor social networking sites (such as Twitter and LinkedIn) for the company.  Look out for press opportunities and pitch press releases where appropriate. Brand our identity, including putting our name and logo on new business cards, pens, letterheads, etc.

Administrator Duties:

Welcome new employees to the company including setting up their travel arrangements and administering the initial employment paperwork, including W2s, all benefit applications, and I9s.  Keep an updated list of all current employee records.  Put together a company employee hand book.  Source, recruit, and hire a new IT recruiter.  Order all supplies for the company.  Serve as the main point of contact for all administrative questions of other employees.
