- Convert positions (business requirements) into social media postings, process including needs assessment
- Building MurTech Social Network membership/Identity on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
- Create and manage specific MurTech sub groups for specific skills sets
- Direct technology initiatives and customer communications using social media
- Defining strategy, leveraging social media to help internal /external customers monitor, analyze, and act on dialogue in a truly meaningful and useful way.
- Work on multiple system platforms, utilizing a variety of reporting tools and methods, for efficient and effective data retrieval
- Translate requirements into relevant technical searches based on skill set, location, ownership, and history
- Deliver concise and accurate data based on search requirement specifications for use by recruiters and job managers with little or no ambiguity
