I’ve worked with many an HR Manager in my day and Kim is the best I’ve ever known. Whether she is managing recruitment, hiring and on-boarding or shaping the company culture with celebrations, outings and education, Kim is a pro at what she does. On the individual front, she is awesome at supporting each and every employee with all the special care and attention necessary to make them feel valued and cared for. Most importantly, Kim is fun to work with and be around!

Maud Calegari

Kim is energetic, passionate, and resourceful. I found her dedication to her clients, her focus on customer service and her ability to multitask simply amazing. Her ability to see the big picture and think strategically rounds off her impressive skills set.

Chris Dittus

Kim has always been an invaluable team member and contributor in every capacity I have had the pleasure of working with her in. Her positive attitude and tremendous work ethic is infectious and a standard for those around her. Specifically, in regard to her role as HR/Staffing Manager in my Department at CyberTrader, I always knew I could rely on her support, talent and energy even in the most challenging of situations. Kim has always been able to perform well under pressure and see projects through despite obvious obstacles, such as budget constraints, limited resources and lack of infrastructure. I've always admired her "can do" attitude and innovative spirit. Not only would I strongly endorse Kim based on my prior experiences with her, but would be the first to seek her out again to join my team, if the opportunity presented itself!

Koen De Witte

Bulldog Solutions is an online marketing company. So it should come as no surprise that we have a passion for marketing and that we look at new innovative process improvement opportunities all the time. We do this because this is what our clients ask us to do. Of course we also try to eat our own dogfood and apply these techniques to our own sales and marketing processes. I worked in many environments where the administrative oriented functions applied the same old magic and left the dogfood eating activity to the "commercial functions". Not Kim. In fact in no time Kim became our lead dog. As our social network guru she embraced the space and made it work for us. The quality and speed at which Kim is able to find rock star potential for Bulldog is amazing. In no time she developed an internal education program for me. Talking about process improvement through innovation. Kim's the gal. Ps: Forget what you just read. .... I would be cutting in our own flesh, if you'd believe what i just wrote. Kim stays where she is.;-)”

Jeff Turner

Kim is always dedicated to achieving results. She will overcome obstacles through innovative approaches and tireless effort. On top of her results-oriented approach, she is very personable and and fun to be around. If you have the opportunity to work with Kim, you should jump at it, as her work and work style are hard to match.

Kristin Farwell

Kim is incredibly dedicated, and has a clear passion for HR. Her door is always open and she is a wealth of knowledge and a constant go-to resource. She has an amazing affinity for social media and that is really opening doors new doors in her recruiting efforts. She's becoming more and more connected every day!

Linda Trinh

Kim Haynes was the first person that I talked to at Bulldog Solutions and instantly I knew she was excellent at what she loves to do --- HR. She's in the business of helping people find their careers. It's not an easy feat, but she does it with great professionalism and passion.

Micahel Cohen

Kim's passion, energy, attention to detail and desire to tackle all situations large and small make her the perfect person to work with. Her very positive attitude and "can-do" mentality are contagious amongst the group. She is an asset to any company.
