  • Recruited and established recruiting and onboarding processes for both inexperienced equity traders as well as experienced equity traders. Onboarded 65 traders during 2009 - 2010.
  • Sourced and onboarded Sr. Accountant, four software engineers, a technical customer service representative and a quality assurance manager.
  • Instrumental in choosing and implementing applicant tracking system - iCIMS.
  • Made recommendations and participated in selecting new benefit broker (MHBT) and new payroll / HRIS provider (ADP). Alongside my HR Director, created workflows and established processes for using new HRIS system (Workforce Now).
  • Created and managed tracking of onboarding and termination processes.
  • Uncovered issues with benefit entries and took on the challenge of reconciling 2009 deductions uncovering over $9500 worth of unrecovered premiums from employees and managed process to reclaim these monies.

  • Established a social networking presence using Twitter to reach out to potential traders and employees.
