One of 80 worldwide sales representatives of designer eye ware products and services to eye care professionals.  Work independently, building business in the state of Washington servicing 120 accounts on a regular basis.  Travel extensively, preplanning, scheduling appointments/meeting timelines.  Act as a liason between company and customers with a focus on service excellence.

  • Generate revenues through ongoing cold calling efforts and internet/on-line catalogue sales.

With a strong industry knowledge and demonstrated leadership, stepped into a position of accountability as a multi-office practice manager. 

  • Oversaw 10 employees and managed operations running 12-hour shifts, six days a week.
  • Interviewed helpers and opticians, set procedures and standards in place for greater efficiency.
  • Increased revenues bringing lab work in-house, utilized wholesale ordering, trained new lab assistants.
  • Implemented a monthly patient news letter showcasing the latest promotions, current fashion trends and the latest ophthalmic technology. 
  • Established patient tracking, filing and billing systems
  • researching upcoming trends and purchasing product for eye wear department.
  • Attained measurable results, more than doubling revenues of both locations.

About me...

My husband and I have finally re-located to Alaska! With our two furry kids, Zoe and Yukon, we are enjoying exploring this beautiful state. Now that we are settled in and feeling at home I am looking to return to work.

I am dedicated, organized and a problem solver seeking a unique position beyond outside sales that involves creative thinking, creative writing, and welcomes new ideas.
