  • Oracle's Unified Data Platform collects big data from multiple data sources and enriches that data with machine learning (NLP, LSA). Data enrichments and analytics are then provided to customers via SaaS applications and also a suite of APIs.
  • Elicited feedback from customers regarding usability of the product, and additional problems they wanted to solve with the platform.
  • Collaborated with data providers (i.e. Twitter, Tumblr, Tencent) to bring their data into Oracle's platform.
  • Worked with UX and data science teams to develop strategies to surface complex metrics to non-technical users via intuitive SaaS dashboards.
  • Structured product documentation and collateral for engineering teams and other stakeholders.

  • Spectrum Guide was a multi-million dollar project to modernize Spectrum's set-top-box application, which had @ 7m users. I was part of the team that shipped this product to a beta user group of 200,000 users in St. Louis and Reno footprints.
  • Spearheaded the front-end product vision and roadmap for Spectrum Guide and acted as product owner by running scrum ceremonies.
  • Collaborated with UX, design, engineering, and QA teams to document complete functional requirements for features such as DVR.
  • Broke down requirements into actionable tasks and user stories for engineering teams; communicated progress to senior execs.

I started a service project as a graduate student in Argentina building computer labs in rural boarding schools in the Rio Negro province of Patagonia. In total we built 16 labs powered by solar panels in (extremely) rural schools in communities who had no access to computers.
