As an experienced Organization Development & Learning professional and a businesswoman, I understand how to partner on a vision / mission, get people on board and activate change leadership and drive implementation of great ideas, wearing lots of hats simultaneously.  Within my roles as a functional leader in organizations, as the CEO of my own firm, and as an active member of several community and professional societies, I have demonstrated practical business acumen and the art of activating people’s desire to contribute with their hands, hearts and minds.  

Throughout my career, I have worked collaboratively with and learned from leaders at all levels and in a variety of roles to improve performance, develop processes, inspire people and synthesize a diversity of perspectives to deliver solutions, growth and value.
