Customer Onboarding Design (Jun 15 - Sep 15)

Project Managed the discovery and design of a new customer onboarding solution that would enable system simplification, reduced regulatory overheads and a considerable uplift in Customer Experience. As a key strategic undertaking for the bank, we invested upfront to understand the true customer needs and wants through the application of UX Design techniques.  

MyPortfolio (Dec 14 - jul 15)

Delivery of a key strategic enabler for Business Bankers through a new platform that would bring together client relationship management, provide sales and service leads, and key metrics on their portfolio of clients. Deliverables included the technical delivery, release management, applying Agile and Lean UX techniques, and ongoing change management from inception through to delivery. 

Risk Culture Program (apr 14 - nov 14)

Part of a highly skilled team that formed to understand, design a change management approach and ultimately shift the mindset and culture of the organization to be more risk-aware. Key deliverables from this were a national training program providing all leaders with a capability uplift in risk management in their roles and a risk knowledge intranet portal to support the training long term.

Electronic Identification (may 13 - mar 14)

Managed a digital project that transformed Bankwest's end-to-end electronic customer verification across both online and telephone sales channels, successfully managing changes to people, processes and several complex systems. Achieved a step change in customer experience and exceeded forecast benefits.
