  • work with LDC colleagues to collect and interpret information at a system, sector and agency level, and present as relevant articles, papers and toolkits.

  • design and programme reporting mechanisms to generate automated reporting and results
  • Used JASP (opened source analytical software) to perform a factor analysis of assessment questions to check for reliability of the data. I taught myself exponential factor analysis using YouTube and Google.

  • reviewed and customised processes to support continuous improvement, including recommendations for shifting from desktop computers to hot-desking with surface pros

  • Designed and managed the process of management reporting against the business plan to meet the needs of LDC leadership and SSC reporting requirements.
