  • manage LDC’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM by:
    • operating and updating the CRM
    • using the CRM to extract and analyse organisation performance data and communicate the findings and implications to support both strategic and operational decisions
  • administer and produce 360◦ and 180◦ assessments using ‘Qualtrics’
  • coordinate the 360◦ process, which includes liaising with LDC’s research team, agency HR managers, customers and evaluators
  • maintain productive working relationships with customers, staff and suppliers (including LDC’s provider panel, and LDC’s IT and CRM providers)
  • set up member and staff login for email, website and CRM
  • support the development and implementation of business systems and processes that align with the delivery of LDC priorities
  • digital coordination:

 -  support the development of a digital approach for LDC business by working with the communication team

-  coordinate the information and analysis that will inform digital solutions

-  provide insights on the future approach to digitalising the LDC’s products and     services

-  track, produce and analyse website traffic reports using Google Analytics

    • events - oversee the running of events and the events calendar.
    • telephoning and emailing organisations to enroll them onto the internship programme and build company database of internship hosts
    • training of interns - oversee the training of new interns. Assign training tasks to other staff members
    • student Support - Offer support to students before, during and after the internship experience. This may include pre-arrival Skype orientations, in-country arrival orientations(NZ and Australia), accommodation assistance and phone emergency support
    • testimonials - Liaising with past and present interns to gather testimonials, blog entries, photos and videos of their current internship abroad experience. Gathering feedback from present interns regarding their experiences using surveys and other media
    • domestic and International travel to build and maintain relationship with students, partners and tertiary institutes
    • administration - Website maintenance, database work using Excel and Google Docs, database maintenance and other office duties.
