reporting and analytics

  • manage LDC’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM by:

         - using the CRM to extract and analyse organisation performance data                 and communicate the findings and implications to support both                         strategic and operational decisions

          - providing analytics where required for ad-hoc reporting or OIA                            requests

           - promoting CRM usage and updates from all staff

           - making sure all staff have the capability and knowledge to use CRM in                 line with business needs

  • reviewing and customising processest to support continuous improvement
  • support the development and implementation of business systems and processes that align with the delivery of LDC priorities
  • regular management reporting against the business plan to meet the needs of LDC leadership and SSC reporting requirements
  • producing agency level reports with the research team for LSP360 assessments 
  • track, produce and analyse website traffic reports using Google Analytics
  • produce data for A3s and annual reports

 customer focus and relationship management - working with communications manager to deliver the following;

  • building and maintaining customer relationships to understand their needs
  • working with customers across the system to deliver digital communications, including social media and Leadership Studio
  • maintain productive working relationships with customers, staff and suppliers (including LDC’s provider panel, and LDC’s IT and CRM providers)
  • continue to grow LDC’s presence in the social media space

 business innovation and development

  • evaluations  

         - evaluation of LDC’s products and services

         - feeding back evaluation findings into business decisions

         - measure, consolidate and provide customer focused reporting of                      evaluation data

  • develop products that helps inform business decisions and future directions
  • working with communication team to identify opportunities to build new initiatives that drive awareness and uptake of LDC products and services
