My Job Responsibilities Includes;

  • Familiarity with specifications, standards, best practices and relevant codes for medical equipment & systems.
  • To Studies, analyses and develops processes, procedures, roles and responsibilities for hospital/institution management.
  • To Monitors all medical equipment and systems related issues on the project, analyzes these, and conveys my recommendations with the overall objective of making the project success.
  • To Checks designs and specifications with respect to relevant standards and codes with due regard to safety, durability and maintainability.
  • To Monitors timeliness, completeness and adequacy of the design to be done by consultants/contractor.
  • To Gives recommendations on medical equipment and systems related technical issues.
  • To Monitors quality assurance plan of medical equipment and systems.
  • To Leads Department of IT for developing/procuring hospital management systems.
  • To Keeps PD& DPD and his team informed of all pertinent information about the project.
  • Monitors coordination of the project with other agencies regarding technical issues.
  • To look after the day to day administrative and financial matters of the institution.
  • To oversee the works of Office Administration and Employees Related Matters.
  • To supervise the maintenance of Fixed Assets cards and agree their values with the control account in General Ledger.
  • To carry out physical Verification of Fixed assets and agree with the Fixed Assets Cards.
  • To also be responsible for Vehicles and POL.
  • To manage internal administrative issues of the institution.
  • To maintain the record of Attendance, leave of lower staff etc.
  • To maintain Personal files of all employees
  • Carryout off-the-shelf procurements as per organizations policies and procedures (P&P)
  • Prepare quotation requests, biding documents/tender and price inquiries, RFQs and RFPs
  • Prepare Bid-analysis, Purchase Orders, and Agreements and maintains respective billing records
  • Organize meetings of procurement committee and present documents for approvals
  • Maintain procurement files and related records
  • Enter data in procurement trackers to maintain GRN and Purchase records for monthly/quarterly reporting
  • To ensure procurement assignments in the absence of Manager Admn & Finance.
  • To ensure making logistical arrangements of program supplies/assets movement to and from sub-offices and field locations.
  • Technical and financial assessment of tender documents issuing purchase orders and opening of later of credit. 
  • Coordination responsibilities between Design Consultants (M/s ACE Arts, Lahore), Resident Construction Supervision Consultants (M/s NESPAK, Lahore), Executing Agency (Communications & Works Department), Environment Protection Agency (IEE) and the Client Sheikh Zayed Medical Complex, Rahim Yar Khan. 
  • To ensure making logistical arrangements of program supplies/assets movement to and from sub-offices and field locations.
  • Provide assistance in procuring routine supplies and goods/services as and when required
  • Assist in submission of timesheets, briefs for reporting and sharing file records with Central and Provincial Offices.
  • Liaise closely with finance and HR to support activities in time and maintain filing system to ensure proper record keeping.
  • To ensure making logistical arrangements of program supplies/assets movement to and from sub-offices and field locations.
  • Any other responsibility assigned by the Principal/Chief Executive.

Achievements.

    • Purchase & Storage of 69.80 million for the year 2010-11 of project Construction of Phase-II Sheikh Zayed Medical Complex, Rahim Yar Khan.
    • Purchase of 40.290 million for the year 2011-12 of project Construction of Phase-II Sheikh Zayed Medical Complex, Rahim Yar Khan.  
    • Oversee the works of Office Administration and Employees Related Matters. 
    • Look after the day to day administrative and financial matters of the PMO ADP Schemes of Health Department including 
    • Construction of Phase-II SZMC Rs.4990.381 Million, 
    • Construction of PCR Laboratory; Rs. 18.730 Million,
    • 20-Bedded CCU & Angiography System Rs.199.965 Million.
    • Provision of MRI at Sheikh Zayed Medical College/ Hospital, Rs. 155.337 Million.
    • Up-gradation of Nursing Hostel; Rs. 57.092 Million
    • Up-gradation of Pediatrics Surgery 
    • Up-gradation of Urology Department: 144 Million
    • Commissioning of new Emergency Dept: 171.27 Million  
    • Supervision & maintenance of Fixed Assets cards and agree their values with the control account in General Ledger and Physical Verification of Fixed assets.

  • In Pakistan Air Force, I was responsible to supervise all type of operational maintenance, quality control, procurement and supply chain management. Moreover, i was responsible for all managerial administrations during field deployments.  
  • To develop suitable mythology to ensure timely and orderly completion of Purchase/supply chain action.
  • To maintain a proper and updated record off all demands.
  • To ensure that all demands of same nature should be purchased through the bulk demand to avoid duplication of advertisement cost.

  • To attend the negotiation meetings of tenders.
  • Prepare duty roster of lower staff and ensure the proper attendances.
  • To ensure timely Payments to contractors and proper bill processes and inspections and audit of purchased/issued items.
