Business Analysis

I have applied Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition, Business Analysis Approach, Business processes diagrams, Functional Designing, Requirements prioritization, UI Prototype, User story, etc. the most frequently to analyze , gather and elicit functional requirements and identify gaps, dependencies, common workflows etc.

SCRUM and KANBAN are the approaches to the software development that I have practiced.

I prefer to use uses cases and business process models to analyze the issue and identify gaps, dependencies, common workflows etc.

Visual Modelling

I mostly use low-fidelity wireframes, workflow diagrams to specify/confirm requirements.

Documentation and Specification

Updating User Guides, Confluence etc.

It is important for me to keep friendly and trustworthy relationships with all project stakeholders.

Airline reservation and ticketing

I used to handle volumes of complex air roots,  ticketing complicated itineraries via ARTOS (Amadeus) system.
