As a Mortgage Originator, I originate purchase and refinance transactions (conforming, non-conforming, FHA, VA, MHFA, USDA).  I maintain direct contact with my Clients to ensure they are informed throughout the entire transaction and to ensure their financial goals and needs are met. 

As a Contract Processor, I process mortgage purchase and refinance transactions for multiple Loan Originators and multiple Investors.  This includes conforming, non-conforming, FHA, VA, MHFA, USDA.  I maintain direct contact with the Loan Originators, Client's (if applicable), Account Executives, Underwriters, Closers, and Post-Closers to ensure the mortgage transaction is completed with an expectation of exceptional customer service.

As a Sr. Mortgage Consultant, I created and maintained relationships with Builders and Real Estate Agents/Agencies. I worked closely with the respective companies and kept them informed of the changing market and the products available for their clients.

I worked closely with a team of individuals who originated and processed purchase and refinance transactions from the business relationships I created, referral sources, and the teams' individual referral production. Additionally, I was the liaison between my team and the company's processing, underwriting, and closing departments. I tracked and oversaw each individual transaction to ensure compliance with the Investor's, RCMF, and to ensure we met and exceeded the expectations of all parties in the transaction.

I maintained direct contact with my Client's to ensure they were informed throughout the entire transaction and to ensure their financial goals and needs were met. I maintained regular contact with the processing, underwriting, closing and post-closing staff as well as, the Real Estate Agents, Closing Coordinators, and the Title Company.

As a Sr. Mortgage Consultant I worked closely with prospective clients to review the details of a purchase and /or refinance transaction that fit their individual needs. Additionally, I took their application, reviewed their credit, and advised them of the documents required for the approval of the transaction. I maintained communication between the client, Real Estate Agents, processor, underwriter, closer, and post-closer. I was a part of the complete transaction from application to closing. I created and maintained relationships with Builders and Real Estate Agents/Agencies. I worked closely with the respective companies and kept them informed of the changing market and the products available for their clients. Finally, I created the MHFA CASA initiative and it was approved 11/08.

As a Sr. Mortgage Consultant, I created, negotiated, and maintained relationships with Builders and Real Estate Agencies. I worked closely with their employees keeping them well informed of programs, products, guidelines, the industry market, and customizing our relationship to the changing needs of their clients. I worked directly with each of their clients through the entire process of the financing transaction. I maintained constant contact with all parties of the multi-level relationship.

As an Operations manager, I managed 8 employees of various roles to ensure a smooth transaction. I trained the employees on systems, investors, programs, products, guidelines, origination, and processing. I managed pipeline reports for each employee and the branch. I developed processes within the branch to ensure proper procedures were followed during every stage of the real estate finance transaction.
