- Develop, craft and implement social media strategies.
- Develop all content for client’s social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and blog programs).
- Maintain calendars for all social media activity.
- Monitor all consumer activity within social media and respond to escalate as needed.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports detailing consumer engagement and growth within all social media channels.
- Design the layout of the social media programs for brands.
- Conduct competitive analysis and target audience analytics.
- Research existing and emerging social networks, online communities and bloggers for new ways to reach and engage in conversation.
- Report on the effectiveness of content and digital campaigns.
- Handle all client servicing relationships
- Prepare presentations, briefings, communication material upon request.
- Handle live coverage during big events: through social media streams.
- Close liaison with other parts of the organisation to ensure aligned marketing and online marketing strategy is being delivered
