  • Managed the entire bid management department and all bids’ qualification process for all opportunities (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs).
  • Managed virtual bid teams and inputs from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, marketing, product teams, finance, commercial, legal and delivery.

Project: Health Strengthen System (HSS) - Community Survey Study in coordination with the Ministry of Health, Amman.

  • Studied, evaluated and reported the current situation for each health unit across the country.
  • The analysis, reports and the financial budgets were gathered to reveal the areas of weakness. Conducted Interviews with the health directorates' directors, managers, HSS supervisors, health Centers' Managers and Coordinators.
  • Reported all results and analysis directly to the program operations division.

Achievements: Closing the project on-time & withing the allocated budget.

  • Joint venture project between IRC & Andersen Business Consulting(ABC) to implement the 2nd wave of Jordan e-Government Project(e-Services Portfolio) under the Ministry of Information Communications Technology.
