Developed a new support model for the Medical Affairs group in the US and The Netherlands, which improved user satisfaction and reduced application issues. Led projects for various departments within the Medical Affairs group including call center integration, Knowledge Management application, validated electronic faxing, CTMS Deployment, web site creation, and migration to SharePoint. Directly supervised a Senior Systems Administrator, fine-tuning her performance, business coaching and expanding her business acumen. Communicated with key stakeholders and senior management with project updates and facilitated executive level decisions regarding the projects.
