Selected accomplishments:

  • Within first three months of employment implemented a collaborative contest with local museum to promote new surgical system that yielded more than 60 entries, a weekend exhibit, and media coverage.
  • Planned and implemented a new men’s health expo and car show with an attendance of 500 in fall 2009; staged same event in June 2010 with attendance of 1,000 plus, 102 cars, and 500 people screened.
  • Wrote and managed production of a 19-minute video of hospital for $6,000 within first year of employment that is broadcast on hospital TV channel.

Planned special events, including Annual Meeting with attendance of 1,000.

Selected accomplishments:

·Developed bar-coded magazine cover wrap that reducedregistration wait time and eliminated need for a separate prize ticket and mailer. First Georgia Co-op to do this.

·Launched a teacher’s grant program within six months of employment, providing immediate value to the organization and community. Program became blueprint for more than five other “sister” organizations in Georgia and South Carolina.

·Organized a statewide seminar to educate teachers on how to use a new solar panel system in lessons.

·Successfully streamlined processes and boosted distribution of annual report from 1,000 to 14,000 without increasing cost of project.
