Project Expertise

  • Designed and implemented a SharePoint site for capturing merchandise alerts across all of Walt Disney Parks & Resorts domestically, resulting in the reduction of theft in excess of $1,000,000 in annual losses within the first year.

  • Utilizing a user-friendly WordPress platform, strategized, designed, and seamlessly connected a network of internal SharePoint sites for cross-functional partners throughout food & beverage and merchandise. In doing so created a more cohesive internal communications engagement vehicle driving deliverables and improving message saturation.

  • Built an automated workflow in SharePoint and InfoPath for tracking all management level external culinary applicants being sourced for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts.

  • Assisted PM in maintaining project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), issue/decision logs, meeting summaries and status reports to ensure effective, ongoing communications across all team members.

  • Involved in all phases of the project lifecycle (from concept and requirements through launch and support) for multiple internal Web-based application systems for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts. Contributed to successful closure of three high profile projects within Food & beverage and Merchandise LOB.

  • Designed tools, reports, charts and graphs for senior management to provide ongoing, at-a-glance summaries of project status and application prototype performance

  • Consulted with GPX, an up and coming tech startup, on a new marketing and business tool application for trading High Value Serializable Assets.

  • Offer a knowledgeable command of: MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, InfoPath, Windows, iOS, Linux, Agile/Scrum, HTML, CSS.

Leadership Skills

  • Implemented end to end process to satisfy requirements for Walt Disney Parks & Resorts Loss Prevention initiatives through collaboration with process owner, operations, and compliance partners.

  • Strategized and led projects with Walt Disney Parks & Resorts, Food & Beverage and Merchandise LOB Process Owners on project development, vendor selection, and process implementation. Created project plans and led meetings to give timely status and collaboration to Process Owners.

  • Worked with Walt Disney World Parks & Resorts executive leadership teams on various efficiency projects within Food & Beverage, Merchandise, and Talent Planning.

  • Evaluated and made recommendations for action in emerging markets and product categories for executives at Regal Boats during a consulting project.

  • With a focus on giving back to the community, created a startup non-profit technology solution designed to connect the faith community through a customizable online ecosystem. Strategically assembled and managed a team of 8 highly skilled and diverse individuals. Had pending capital of $300,000 lined up from a private VC prior to their shift in focus.

Process Improvement

  • Served as a business process improvement liaison between the corporate business-driven line of business team and our operational teams around the globe – Florida, California, Paris, Shanghai, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Hawaii and the cruise line.

  • Consulted on new and existing business practices, implementing business technology solutions, external benchmarking,

    corporate communications and project coordination.

  • Reimagined the Walt Disney World Leadership Casting Call process for finding operational talent by building an automated

    workflow process in SharePoint and InfoPath.
