Having been in educational institutions for the better part of his life, Kevin Van Lierop has held almost every role in the education system. From student, to staff, now faculty, Kevin finds himself continually learning and has given himself the label “perpetual student” as he is always finding new ways to learn about the world that surrounds him.

Having found a comfortable place in the education system, Kevin’s close friends, family and co-workers all believe that he knows a little about everything and not much about anything. Perhaps this is true but it matters nonetheless as Kevin has an incurable thirst for knowledge, learning and as a main goal: helping those in need. It is this need to share and support those that rely on him that makes his continual quest for knowledge an ultimate pleasure.

Currently Kevin divides his time between research on the city he loves and calls home (London, Canada) and teaching at the post-secondary level, leading adults in a wide variety of subjects. When not teaching his students (or learning from them as the case may be) Kevin finds himself taking photographs, not as a photographer but as someone who thinks he sees the world with a different perspective.
