Also responsible for conventional and eMoney business operations oversight and policies to ensure AML/CFT and regulatory requirements are adhered to. On the customer service front, managing customer contact center servicing all touch points (branches, agents, merchants and oversea payout partners) for complaints, inquiries and technical supports.
