With more than 35 years of experience working in trust and estate law, Kevin Staker serves as principal of Staker Law Tax and Estate Planning Law Corporation based in Camarillo, California. The firm focuses on estate planning, probate and trust administration, and related tax matters. He also has a practice in probate and trust mediation. Kevin Staker began his professional career working for Ferguson, Regnier and Paterson, the predecessor firm to Ferguson, Case, Orr and Paterson. He served the firm for four years before opening his own legal office.
Born in Salt Lake City, Utah, Kevin Staker grew up in Woodland Hills. He served a two-year mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter day Saints (LDS) in the southern Italy areas of Brindisi, Lido di Ostia, Pistoia and Rome. At age 19, he became the branch president of a local LDS congregation in Lido di Ostia, Italy.
In his spare time, Kevin Staker golfs and competes in triathlons. Still fluent in Italian from his time spent there, he loves visiting the country with his wife. They frequently visit Venice and attend the opera house La Fenice. They also have taken adventure travel trips to China, Hong Kong, Belize, and Kenya.
