Kevin Fallon's business career can be described with three prevailing themes – technology start-ups, business evolutions, and market-driven leadership. In his more than 25 years of experience, he has turned vision into plans for tech start-ups by assisting them in raising capital, developing infrastructure, and expanding markets. When advising businesses, Mr. Fallon re-engineers and repositions companies, taking them from regional to national corporations. Under his direction, his clients are molded into high-performing and cost effective businesses. Kevin Fallon is the founder of Fallon Associates, LLC, which has been making over companies since 2000. He consulted for the Ireland-based waste management company TCBC, which under his direction experienced 12 percent in growth during an economic downturn in an industry that was declining by 20 percent.

This success led to a partnership between Mr. Fallon and TCBC to create City Bin International, which provides technology and logistics in the waste management sector. From 2006 to 2007, he was President and CEO of DemandPoint/Pelion Systems, based in Denver, Colorado. Kevin Fallon lowered investment burn by 90 percent and increased revenue by 600 percent within 14 months of taking his role. As President of MX Logic from 2003 to 2004, he groomed a company that would be sold to McAfee for $170 million in 2009. Kevin Fallon received his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and his Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Drexel University. Mr. Fallon funded his own education at both schools, which were based in Philadelphia.

During his time at Drexel, he was the first non-MIT student to be accepted into the RCA Space Division Cooperative Education Program. Kevin Fallon received his kindergarten through 12th grade education in Ireland and is a member of Irish Network Colorado. He is the Founding Officer of the Manufacturing Excellence Network in the Young Presidents' Organization as well as an Officer of the Rocky Mountain Chapter of the World Presidents' Organization. Mr. Fallon is listed in the Philadelphia 100 Hall of Fame for distinguished business leaders, an honor granted to the city's fastest-growing privately held companies.
