Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Estimation
    • Presently, working to estimate and plan Siebel projects. (Team Size ~100)
    • Assess new projects and develop accurate estimates for its entire lifecycle.
    • Interact with individual project designers and brainstorm the solution.
    • Prepare resource plan based on estimate for each project.
    • Package estimate and submit to client for approval.
    • Perform project design and code reviews.

  • Design & Development
    • Prior to role as estimator, worked as Siebel Functional Designer for a compliance project.
    • Take part in business workshops to elicit detailed business requirements and perform solution walkthroughs.
    • Transition functional design to offshore build and test teams.
    • Support Siebel development and test activities until code deployment in Production.
    • Review technical design documents, code and test scenarios.
    • Coordinate with external vendor teams to align development and deployment activities.
    • Worked as BAU Enhancements Lead, grooming a team to design, develop and support test activities for multiple application enhancements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Siebel Fix Support
    • Triage defects and support various stages of testing including Application Testing, Application Integration Testing, Combined Acceptance Testing(CAT) and Pre-Production Deployment Testing activities
    • Work in CAT war-room at client facility for 18 months to clarify design with other external vendors of client and fix Siebel issues.
    • Coordinate with Siebel offshore fix team to transition issues daily and fix Siebel defects.
    • Conduct discussions on Siebel issues with client business representatives to arrive at solutions.
