Selected, designed and managed the end-to-end implementation of Mavenlink—a
professional services automation solution that manages our entire project lifecycle
across 4K+ projects and 100+ employees. As the internal product owner, I continuously collect stakeholder feedback and iterate our Mavenlink roadmap so MGT can maximize business value from API integrations or process automation.
Planned and implemented a project management process for our largest, $12M+ project, to ensure all clients/stakeholders expectations are met while ensuring MGT achieves on-time and on-budget delivery of all contracted deliverables.
Lead our technology modernization initiative on a $150K budget to upgrade all
laptops, migrate our data to the cloud as well as upgrade our productivity software
applications used for sales/marketing, project delivery and finance/accounting.
Designed and implemented our enterprise-wide budget process and business analytics dashboard to monitor performance which includes: employee utilization to assess productivity, client acquisition/retention to measure sales trending/growth, and financial forecasting to ensure we achieve our planned YoY goals.
