Responsibilities: Siemens DCS SPPA T3000 hardware & software engineering for green-field & revamped power generation projects. System cabinet design, I/O cabinet design, LAN cabinet design & power distribution Responsible for making cable planning, cable laying, terminals/black boxes design, Design of PCC layout according to their room locations, generation of prokabel files(complete cabling data), module assignments, etc Extending support to site for smooth commissioning of power plants. Prepare I/O database, Cabinet layouts(Arrangement Drawings), Interconnection diagrams, GW Plans(Cabinet Power Supply Drawings), etc. Preparing procurement documents like RFP, RFQ, IFB, etc. Conduct Vendor Bid Analysis After verification of deliverables, updating all project management documents with PMO. Managing a team of 4-10 for complete project execution and also experienced in working with cross-functional teams. Making use of Microsoft Project for project planning, assigning activities, resources, tracking performance baselines, tracking schedule & cost variance. Reporting to the Project Manager with project dashboard, status reports, performance reports, forecast reports, etc. Implementing Lean & Six Sigma-SIPOC, High level Process mapping, swim lane diagrams, Value stream mapping(current & future state), preparing scope baselines, define CTQ's, validating data, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis, Fault tree Analysis, mind mapping, Delphi techniques, force-field Analysis, What-If analysis, 5S, SWOT analysis, 5-Why's, Pareto charts, Quality checklists, RACI matrix, resource histograms, creating Probability & Impact matrix, milestone charts, decision trees, Control charts, etc. Stakeholder engagement, team performance reviews, etc.
