Senior Product Manager : Partnerships and Rewards (Consumer Card, Issuing and Payments)
Nedbank offers two programmes namely the Nedbank Greenbacks programme and the American Express Membership Rewards programme. Both programmes are a card based rewards programme. My role is to develop and execute on strategic objectives:
- Acquisition of new customers onto the base: Ran two campaigns in the last 6 months that generated the highest customer take up - resulting in the highest ROI and exceeding Nedbanks target of 1 million members on the Greenbacks rewards programme
- Increased and encouraged redemptions resulting in greater client engagement. Exceeded redemption targets by effective campaign management tool created
- Lifecycle management. Enhancement of on boarding process to ensure customers are communicated to at the right points
- Facilitated and leveraged strategic partner relationships. Negotiations held with relevant partnerships to reduce costing and enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with Consumer card, Transactional Products and Corporate Issuing to drive rewarding of customer behaviour. Various projects managed to drive Nedbanks 2020 targets.
- Developing and overseeing of yearly budgets to drive performance and ensure targets are met.
