Summary

I am a social media marketing and corporate branding professional with more than 20 years of experience in organizational brand research. I specialize in developing and delivering knowledge-based solutions and creating an environment for collaborative enterprise knowledge sharing through social media.

I recently joined Amtrak's Talent Acquisition team as Employer Brand Program Manager. In this role my focus is on the internal and external Amtrak candidate experience. Prior to joining Amtrak, I was Senior Employer Brand Manager for Sodexo's Talent Acquisition Group in the USA where I developed and managed their employer brand by building the active Sodexo Careers talent community. In September 2011 I joined CSC as Global Social Media Manager. CSC is a global company operating in 90 countries with a workforce of approximately 90,000.

I have been instrumental in launching successful social media programs that empower employees to share their personal and professional stories as corporate brand ambassadors.
