I am a social media marketing and corporate branding professional with more than 20 years of experience in organizational brand research. I specialize in developing and delivering knowledge-based solutions and creating an environment for collaborative enterprise knowledge sharing through social media.
I recently joined Amtrak's Talent Acquisition team as Employer Brand Program Manager. In this role my focus is on the internal and external Amtrak candidate experience. Prior to joining Amtrak, I was Senior Employer Brand Manager for Sodexo's Talent Acquisition Group in the USA where I developed and managed their employer brand by building the active Sodexo Careers talent community. In September 2011 I joined CSC as Global Social Media Manager. CSC is a global company operating in 90 countries with a workforce of approximately 90,000.
I have been instrumental in launching successful social media programs that empower employees to share their personal and professional stories as corporate brand ambassadors.

The Publications Design program at University of Baltimore develops complementary skills in professional writing and graphic design to prepare students for careers in corporate or nonprofit settings, to found print and electronic publications, or to establish their own businesses. Students use their electives to create concentrations in writing, design, hypermedia, multimedia, or management. Students who have not already worked in the field of publications are encouraged to register for an internship.
The Corporate Communication program, leading to the B.S. degree, prepares students for positions in government, private industry, and the not-for-profit sector as specialists in the visual and verbal presentation of information. The program is designed for people who are transferring from community colleges and four-year schools, as well as for working professionals who want to further develop their communication skills, either for continued advancement in their present careers or as preparation for career changes.
