lOrganized interactive exercises for students to improve business abilities. These exercises helped new business owners in the community in developing business and financial plan to help start their business successfully. Three out of five new businesses were able to receive financing through this project and 98% of the students involved in the exercises graduated with an associate degree. 60% of the students have gone on to work in the business sector as an entry level business employee. 40% continued and earned a third year certificate or a bachelor degree in business administration.
