Small company founded to provide training to general public and health professionals on health related issues. In 2006 company contracted to develop and implement components for a National Lupus Awareness Project through the National Institutes of Health, Office of Women's Health. Other contracts from NIH/OWH included Circle of Hope, which was a focus group to determine concerns of minority women, to assist NIH/OWH in planning agenda for 2007.

In May 2009 participated in partnership with NIH/OWH and other volunteer agencies to assist in promotion of a National Lupus Awareness Campaign.

Further efforts to improve the social work department revolved around the development of a social work database to track patients' diagnosis, risk, barriers to treatment and outcomes from interventions. This system also allowed me to track staff productivity and social work utilization to determine the best allocation of resources across various clinics.
