I have special interests in teaching subjects such as (but not limited to):  cultural diversity, ethics, psychiatric nursing, adult health nursing, emergency/trauma nursing, and nursing theory and research.

Outside of nursing I enjoy:  vacationing, swimming, reading, movies, and most of all, Walt Disney World.

I hold strong feelings of advocacy for the mentally ill and other patients with cognitive problems.  My plan is to obtain my PhD in Nursing Education with a clinical focus in psychiatric nursing/human/child development.
