Based in Houston, Texas, Kenneth M. Anderson presently serves as a Partner with Sidley Austin LLP, an international law firm commanding approximately 1,700 lawyers around the globe today. Kenneth M. Anderson represents arrangers and borrowers in syndicated bank financings. He has extensive experience across a wide array of syndicated lending transactions, including multi-currency financings, energy financings, merger and acquisition financings, project financings, structured financings, master limited partnership financings, and highly-leveraged transactions. He joined Sidley in 2012. Prior to joining Sidley Austin in Houston, Kenneth M. Anderson served as a Partner with Locke Lord LLP and with Vinson & Elkins LLP in Houston. Kenneth M. Anderson maintains ongoing affiliations with an array of professional organizations. A member of the American Bar Association, he also previously served as Chair of the Syndicated Finance Subcommittee of the ABA's Developments in Business Law Committee, Business Law Section. Ken Anderson received a Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University in 1982. Prior to engaging in his graduate work, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from BYU. He has received numerous honors over the course of his career.
