An accomplished trial lawyer, Kenneth Haley has provided counsel to federal agencies and individuals and worked on criminal defense teams at the district and circuit court levels. In 2007, Mr. Haley established the Haley Law Firm, LLC, with offices in Maryland and Pennsylvania. The firm offers legal services and litigation, especially in the areas of criminal, family, and employment law. Kenneth Haley earned his Juris Doctor from the John Marshall Law School in 2000. Prior to his law career, Kenneth Haley served in the U.S. Marine Corps, based at Camp Pendleton from 1985 to 1992. Haley served as a Combat Operations Center Supervisor and a Mobile Communications Section Leader and earned several military accolades, including a Combat Action Ribbon and a National Defense Medal, before retiring. In 1995, Mr. Haley completed an Associate’s degree in Administration of Justice at Mt. San Jacinto College. He went on to earn a bachelor’s in Political Science from Hillsdale College. He served as a law clerk with Chicago’s Consumer Services and also Municipal Prosecutions while enrolled at Marshall Law School. Before founding his law firm, Kenneth Haley served as an individual defense litigator with the City of Chicagol, as a contract attorney through Alliance Legal in Dallas, and as a paralegal and legal support advisor with the District of Columbia Superior Court in Washington, D.C. Outside of his demanding duties running his practice, Haley currently provides legal counsel on labor and employment law to the U.S. General Services Administration. At the Haley Law Firm, Kenneth Haley serves high percentages of repeat and referred clients. He offers flexible fee structures to accommodate various budgets.
