About Kenneth B Kurica

Dr. Kenneth B. Kurica practiced spinal and trauma surgery for more than three decades, ultimately became managing partner of a 20 surgeon group Colorado Springs Orthopaedic Group. In his current role, Dr. Kenneth B. Kurica serves as CEO, president, and chief medical officer of a Neuroscience Tele-medicine compnay including IntraNerve, PRN Read and IntraDiagonostics, a telemedicine company providing remote neurology medicine to patients in 22 states. 

In preparation for practicing medicine, Dr. Kenneth B. Kurica studied for his MD at Temple University. He then went on to finish his surgical internship at Presbyterian Medical Center in Denver and stayed in the area for his residency at St. Joseph Hospital. From there, Dr. Kurica conducted a year of postdoctoral research into laboratory parameters that could be used to determine if a patient is at an elevated risk of a post-surgery blood clot. Finally, he completed a second residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at The Combined Harvard Orthopaedic Residency program at Harvard Medical School. Fellowships followed in Pediatric Spine surgery as well as Adult spine surgery in London and Paris.
