About Kenneth Korioth

An experienced legal professional, Kenneth Korioth serves as vice president and associate general counsel of MannKind Corporation, a company involved in various research initiatives including efforts to combat diabetes. In his position there, Ken Korioth works to cover a wide range of legal applications for the company involving intellectual property protection, matters of employment, and, specifically, issues related to international clinical research. Prior to this, Kenneth Korioth served as clinical outsourcing manager for Otsuka Maryland Research Institute in Rockville, Maryland, and as a senior contract analyst for Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, where he played an integral role in establishing that company’s development and research agreement.

Fully qualified to offer his services as counsel, Ken Korioth is a member in good standing with the state bars of Rhode Island and Massachusetts as well as the United States Supreme Court. With regard to professional training, Ken Korioth holds a juris doctor from New England Law School.
