My continuous employment in the business development and account management over 6 years and my application to bettering myself through self initiated training demonstrated my willingness to “go the extra mile”.

Channel Account Manager

  • Manages and grows new customer relationships and revenue associated with the company IT security software and networking products.
  • Prospects and develops new potential Channel Partners via telephone by qualifying and tracking leads, researching and identifying key contacts, placing calls to establish business relationships,
  • Qualifying new accounts and making sales of strategic vendor products.
  • Establish, develop and maintain strong professional sales relationships with current and future Channel Partners.

Solar Solution Consultant



  • Drives Revenue through recognition and realization of opportunity with existing accounts by up selling and cross selling other energy product.
  • Meets and exceeds weekly target by executing an account growth strategy.
  • Identify all customer suitability for solar PV (solar panel) product and guide customer through out the process of purchasing product through to final installation of solar PV. Furthermore to ensure quotes generated are accurately inserted into billing system
  • Work with customers and to leverage solar PV product and services to enhance customer’s business and grow customer portfolio opportunities.
  • Manages relationships with customer as the primary point-of-contact for day-to-day issues, including ongoing communications, and coordination of installation project, billing and other activities to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly review customer experience and provide these feedbacks to assist the company in modify process where necessary to satisfy customer expectation.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


  • Target for sale was two sales per day have managed from one to two sales per week to average 2 - 5 sales per day.
  • Required to generate minimum 4 quote per day I was able manage to acquire an average of 6 quote per day
  • Conversion rate need to be 10% - quote to sale ratio. My conversion rate was 22% - 30%
  • Best sales per day was 5 sales, best week was 15 sales per week.

Relationship Skills In a recent customer feedback survey at TRUenergy my customers praised my outgoing and friendly disposition, and especially my willingness to spend that extra bit of time with them getting to understand their needs. Over the years of sale I have developed a loyal customer base who now constitute over 50% of my (repeat) business in all industry I been working in.   Motivation I am keen to learn new ideas and skills; often I go to book shop to read book on business development to better myself and motivation book to keep me going.
