Support of Arbitron and Scarborough data products was primary mission. Effective listening, evaluation and analytical skills used for problem-solving, qualitative and quantitative market consultation and software training. Role provided help to newspaper and broadcast account reps, advertising buyers, media research firms and radio consultants, programmers and executives. * Responding to inquiries regarding published market research data interpretation, analysis and validation. * Consulting to qualify ratings data (qualitative and quantitative). Assisted with presentation research and preparation providing input when requested. * Expert product knowledge with software training ability in 18 applications. Most training using WebEx. * Executed in a help center setting. 24/7 support rotating schedule. * Monitor incidents elevated to level 2 with responsibility for direct client follow-up. * Collaborating with team to accurately troubleshoot and resolve issues. Performing software and data installations. * Account maintenance, working with internal sales to resolve client incidents. * Assisting Marketing Communications with data verification and Product Development with software parity comparison and UAT.
