Today I blend mainstream media savvy with new and social media skills to help ignite audience engagement and awareness of Intel technology. I help Intel better participate with many different audiences online by implementing new social computing tools, producing video and audio stories, blogging for Intel and on my personal blog, while integrating our global corporate communications initiatives across internal teams and vendors to maximize return on our efforts. More than 17 years of public relations work, including eight years at an NBC-TV affiliate in a top five U.S. TV market. That led me to become a broadcast media relations manager at Intel, where I now work directly with national and international TV/Radio professionals, news producers and reporters, online media producers and bloggers. Throughout my career at Intel, I have worked with top level executives and Intel founders to prepare for live TV appearances, video productions and other media interviews, including Intel's quarter earnings announcements. My media training and production skills help Intel technology experts become passionate, engaging storytellers in front of the camera or behind the mic.
