I am passionate about assisting people.  Many years of working in retail, travel industries and customer service taught me one important thing: internal customer service is JUST as important as external.  I strive every day to give everyone the time and attention they need regardless of where they are in the 'grand scheme' of things.  The routine caller is as worthy of stellar customer service as the Deputy Director .

I enjoy every aspect of Human Resources; from recruiting top or hidden talent, and then welcoming those new hires, to assisting employees through challenging personal and professional times.  Every day is important and there are so many rewarding experiences to be had.

My future holds a bright spot; one where my education, management experiences, people skills and human resource expertise all collide into the ideal role for me ~  as a Human Resource Manager.
